The King Studio with Sofa Bed offered a comfortable setting, highlighted by ample USB ports and a bright kitchen area that facilitated easy work sessions. Enjoying local cheese as part of the breakfast enhanced the experience. However, the elevator’s slow speed was frustrating, and parking can become chaotic during busy periods. Additionally, while most of the staff were friendly, a few interactions felt impersonal, affecting the overall welcoming vibe.

the elevator is absolutely excruciatingly slow, which really sets the mood for a relaxing stay. And don't even get me started on the dirty bathtub, which looks like it came straight from a horror movie. i almost thought about giving a good review, but where's the complimentary welcome gift? it’s almost like they forgot who I am.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Mold issues, dirty bathtubs, and old carpets need urgent attention!!! The only elevator is infuriatingly slow, making for frustrating waits!!! Parking situation was chaotic during peak times!!!

If you're in Monroeville, stop by Gateway Grill for some mouthwatering local meats that'll leave your taste buds dancing! Plus, the staff at Springhill Suites were truly amazing during our stay. They did their best to remedy our room situation, and the nearby Dairy Queen was the perfect late-night dessert escape.
The cleaning crew could've stepped it up. we found crumbs on the floor and a random pill under the bed—not great with a crawling baby! The thermostat was a bit perplexing, bouncing around to all sorts of temperatures when we just wanted a comfy spot.

The room was delightfully large with distinct spaces. A bright kitchen area that was fab for late-night snacks. Hot chocolate bar was a lovely surprise—who doesn't love a little cocoa goodness?
The noise from the toll booth outside was enough to wake the dead! And don't even get me started on the lukewarm shower. I’d like my water hotter than my tea, thank you very much.
